We are not Superman or Superwoman who know about all things at work. Every time we face challenges at workplace and need to read/study certain topics to solve the problems such as workplace environment survey, health screening, grey water removal etc.. Its wastes:
- Energy
- Time
- Production
- If decision is wrong, sometimes money…
So the easiest way to manage this problem is to hire a competent contractor to do this. For instance: I hire ISOS clinic for health issues, Danhaadai LLC for grey water removal, Green Crown for workplace monitoring (especially at air quality), National Health Study Center for workplace evaluation auditing, OSHMI & ITC for training my HSE staffs according to North American OHSA & Australian standards and use other sources in managing Environmental issues. Of course, it may cost more, but professional companies do better job than us in certain areas. It will be easy, efficient and prompt action for us.
My responsibility is to hire “competent” company for a task and manage them.
