- Friend of people, I never seen that my safety staffs have lunch alone
- Traveler of the Company - All employees want to travel through Company’s premises same like us and walk away from their desk or workplace for a while but they can’t
- Master in negotiation – Most people love to tell us problem and want to use us to fix their problem because Management listens us.
- Leader - Employees follow unconsciously and do what we say because they accept Safety employees are Leaders
- Amateur lawyer – We study to work about legislation and learn sth. by rote
- Powerful employee who can fire or reward the employees
- Journalist when we do posters and monthly bulletins
- Teacher who conducts safety training
- Photographer who shoots best practices
- Designer when prepare the presentations, signs or reports
- Insurance officer when conduct incident investigation
- Auditor when preparing for Client’s due diligence
- Paramedic when treat first aid case
- Fire fighter when extinguishes or holds practical firefighting training
- Navigator for new employees during his/her first safety induction at Company
- Planner to schedule toolbox meetings, presentations and topics
- Procurement officer who finds safety items
- Warehouse man who provide PPE
- Finance officer when control our budget
- Guide who knows what is where
- PR officer who advertises Company’s safety record to community and share best practices to other Companies at meetings
- Visionary person who guess what hurt the people
- Yellow book in the Company – we know about who is who because contacted/trained/mentored all people at Company’s site…
I love it because its one of the most diversified job in the world…
