Many organizations seek to limit the variability of human action, primarily to minimize error, but it is this same variability – in the form of timely adjustments to unexpected events – that maintains safety in a dynamic and changing world.
Every time new technology is created, new risk is emerged too. When social media is coming out, children safety in internet environment becomes more vulnerable. At work, mining truck is getting bigger and its brake time & distance getting longer. Machines are computerized and getting smarter, but small program error may influence to whole factory safety. Maybe Take 5 or JHA might be eliminated when human participation is not required in operation. How we minimize the emerging risk? More ideas and discussion is required and shared.
Safety must be evolved and developed in same time with changes. Now human behavior issue is being more debated and Zero is Cool or not Cool discussion is ongoing for future evolution.
